What we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. That means you should be able to:
- use the whole site, including the menu, basket and checkout, with a keyboard only;
- use the site with a screen reader;
- zoom text up to 200 percent without content being cut off;
- read text that has enough contrast against its background;
- use the site on a phone in portrait or landscape.
How we test
We check new pages and features with automated tools and by hand with a keyboard and a screen reader before they go live. This page was last reviewed on the date shown above.
Known issues
- Some older product photos may have alt text that does not describe the image fully.
- Some third-party content, such as payment pages and review widgets, is provided by other companies and may not fully meet the standard.
