How long it takes

Most orders arrive within 2 to 4 weeks of being placed. These times are estimates and can be longer in busy periods, such as before Christmas.
What happens after you order
- We email you to confirm your order, and production begins.
- We email you again when your order is on its way, with tracking where available.
- Orders with several items may arrive in more than one parcel, at no extra cost.
- If we cannot deliver within 30 days of the timescale above, you can cancel for a full refund.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
Missed deliveries
- If nobody is in, the courier will leave a card, try a safe place or neighbour, or try again.
- Please check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or lost parcels from an incorrect address.
Damaged or missing parcels
Tell us at support@holvogolf.com with your order number and photos, and we will put it right. Consumers keep their full rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015; see our Returns & Refunds page.
